Meet Andre Chatman
Founder of For The One LLC. High School & Middle School Pastor. Youth ministry leader. Speaker. Leadership developer.
Built to reach the one.
Andre's ministry journey is rooted in a clear call to help people encounter Christ, discover purpose, and grow into healthy, courageous leaders. Over the years, that calling has taken shape through student ministry, young adult discipleship, statewide youth leadership, school engagement, conference ministry, and leadership development.
His approach combines biblical discipleship with practical leadership systems. He believes young people are not merely the church of tomorrow — they are part of the church right now.
“Mentoring the one. Equipping the ninety-nine.” is more than a tagline. It is the framework for how For The One serves students, leaders, families, and ministries.
